  1. You receive a weekly email with a new course to cover online
  2. Each course has different modules to complete (usually 4 per course)
  3. Each main module finishes with a short test to embed your learning
  4. You need to complete the test to move onto the next module/course
  5. Attendees are welcome to jump ahead if they wish to, likewise they can retake a course to embed their learning if they want to
