Re-engagement email sequence NOV and MAY
Background: we’ve pitched the academy before but they didnt have the funds, or they were investing time and money into other business improvements, or they wanted to wait to recruit, or they needed time to think. Hence they would have received 1-2 zooms, plus 6 above emails.
Trigger: we log them into the Ambrose work spreadsheet- Ambrose or Jo state on there WHEN they join this sequence.
When: we start this sequence 8 weeks before the new academy launch (eg closest TUESDAY ON OR BEFORE 10th of the second month of each quarter) - 10 Nov, 10 Feb, 10 May, 10 Aug.
Overview: we’re trying to get them into a Zoom to close them into the Academy. We need to convince them that:
- They have challenges
- They can’t fix them by themselves
- They need more than training, they need the Academy

Timing: manual start or fix a restart date- ON A TUESDAY 7-8 weeks before quarter end (tuesday on or before 10th of August or February)
