Having completed the highest-rated bilingual business degree in the UK, he was one of only 15 applicants chosen from over 3000 to join P&G UK. P&G was the 2nd most respected company on the planet at that time and the #1 consumer goods company in the world. There he achieved 6% more sales growth than the team average.

He then worked for Australia’s leading recruitment company where he achieved double the average sales growth of his team, before moving to the world’s leading financial recruiter Robert Half International. At New Zealand’s leading engineering consortium he brought in over $100M in project sales opportunities from scratch.

He found his true calling in helping businesses grow in 2004, founding The Marketing Company, then the Sales Mastery Company- focusing on developing world-class business-to-business salespeople and Sales Managers. He has personally exceeded the so called “the world-class threshold number of over 10,000 hours” in training and coaching, in 10 different countries across 3 continents, plus online training to over 20.

His first book, the Authority Guide to Writing and Implementing a Marketing Plan was published in the UK in 2017. His mission is to help businesses become more profitable through improving their sales skills and confidence.
