Sales Team Health Check - Free Assessment

 
For the past 20 years we've been asked to assess sales teams and sales team members. We've used many paid and unpaid tools. Recently, we've been asked by countless Sales Managers to provide a free tool they can use to self-assess their sales team.  The health/strength of any sales team has a direct and indirect impact on the long term results they achieve. 
 
If your sales team isn't consistently smashing targets, you need to understand "why". This tool will help. 

How to Use the Free Tool:

Step 1: Download both spreadsheets

- These should be attached in your email

Step 2: Watch the instructional video

- Start with the “Goal Levels” section

- Then move to the “Current Levels” section

Step 3: Complete the spreadsheets

- Fill in the skill levels and expectations for your team and then rate their current capability.

Step 4: Analyse the gaps
- Where is the team strong? Where are the weaknesses? What’s holding you back from peak performance?

Step 5: Take action

You can either:

- Use the insights to coach and develop your team in-house, or
